The former Governor of Massachusetts and his wife purchased the newly-constructed home in June 2010 for $895,000, according to real estate site Zillow. But even a presidential candidate’s home has a hard time maintaining its value in this housing market. According to Zillow’s market analysis, the property is currently valued at $809,000.
